What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Understand client goals and translate them into actionable strategies
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects on time
  • Prepare and present performance reports and recommendations
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Resolve client concerns and ensure satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of account management or client services experience
  • Digital marketing agency experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
