What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Understand client goals and translate them into actionable strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects on time
- Prepare and present performance reports and recommendations
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Resolve client concerns and ensure satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of account management or client services experience
- Digital marketing agency experience preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
